Swim Banquet
The banquet is planned for Thursday, July 31, 2008 from 6:30 - 11:30 at Oak Valley Fire Hall (Gambi Caterers), 595 Princeton Blvd., Deptford. The price is the same as last year, $18.30 per person and it is still BYOB, soft drinks are provided.
For our new families and those who have never attended: the banquet is a great time! We provide a DJ that plays games with the kids and they have a ball. The swimmers love getting "dressed up" and have fun outside of the pool. And the food is pretty good too!
Plese leave your payment (checks only please) in Eileen Lukens swim team mailbox. The price is the same for adults and children. Children under 3 are free
Final count is needed by Monday, July 28th before noon.
Green and White Meet - July 9th
We need parents to supply the goodies and help with the event. The sign up sheet will be at the front desk. This year's meet will not be a fundraiser - just fun!
Swim/Dive Team Kayak Trip
Tuesday - July 8th Cost: Single Kayak $30 (recommended for 10 & up) Double Kayak $55 **Price includes a pizza lunch!!.

Brookside Master's Meet - July 27th
The 200 m Free event begins at 7:30 a.m. Warm ups for all other swimmers begins at 8:00 a.m. and the meet begins at 9:00a.m. This meet is an amazing time and is for all ability levels. It is for swimmers of age 19 and older only.
The form is listed on the home page of this site under "Brookside Master's Meet".
Please print and fill out the form entirely and be sure to sign the waiver. Choose up to 4 individual events. Place the completd form, a $5.00 athlete fee per swimmer and $2.00 per individual event entered in the "Labenski" mailbox at the swim club by Saturday, July 12 at 6:00 p.m. If you would like to enter after that please do so on your own with the meet director at Brookside before the deadline of July 15.
Ron LaBenski will be putting together Medley and Free relays for anyone that is interested in participating. Please include an additional $2.00 per relay and leave him a note with your form as to which event you want to participate in and what stroke you would like to swim in the Medley relay. DO NOT FILL OUT THE RELAY PORTION ON YOUR ENTRY FORM. Ron will complete separate "team" relay forms for anyone interested. Anyone that does not have forms in by July 12 will not be included in our team relays.
There is also a BBQ planned after the meet at Brookside. Wenonah had great participation two years ago and won this event!!!! We can do it again. We hope you will participate or just plan on coming to cheer us on.
